We often go to the dermatologist specialist to solve problems whose existence we did not realize or underestimated because they arose recently, perhaps by accident. In this clinical case report, we review the situation of a patient who approached the dermatologist for a case of male androgenetic alopecia, but who presented with asymptomatic squamo-cystous lesion. Following excision and histological examination, treatment for androgenetic alopecia was initiated.

Patient: Male, 46 years old.

Diagnosis: Male androgenetic alopecia + Acantholytic verrucous dicheratoma

Treatment: Intervention with histological examination. Subsequently therapy with Restax 30Softgel + 30cps associated with Restax Shampoo Sebo Care.
