CLINICAL CASE: PATIENT WITH SIDEROPENIC ANEMIA

Female patient, C.P. aged 59 years, my caregiver for about six years.
Medical history: suffering from HBV Chronic Hepatopathy, Psoriatic Arthritis, Arterial Hypertension, Irritable Colon, Anxious Neurosis, Sideropenic Anemia with a worsening clinical picture with asthenia, dyspnea on exertion, headache and reported visual disturbances.
At the time of examination, an eye examination (negative result), routine examinations with further investigation of the hematological picture are prescribed.

Conclusions: after six months of treatment with FERTOP cpr, in addition to the increase in all altered
hematology values, it presents a significant improvement in symptomatology.
