CLINICAL CASE IN TRICHOLOGY: ANDROGENETIC ALOPECIA WITH INFLAMMATORY COMPONENT

Clinical case is presented with photographic comparison referring to the period before and after the indicated therapy on a patient with maleandrogenetic alopecia with an inflammatory component.
On microscopic analysis, the presence of considerable inflammation of the scalp with the presence of highly visible “yellow dots” associated with thinning, skin desquamation, hyperseborrhea, and hair miniaturization clearly appears and stands out.
Thus, this is a classic case of male alopecia with an inflammatory component.
By virtue of this, a therapy with specific nutraceuticals aimed at counteracting each of the symptoms was chosen, performingan anti-inflammatory, anti-androgenic and at the same time sebum-regulatingaction.
CLINICAL CASE.
Patient: 25-year-old male
Diagnosis: Male inflammatory alopecia, with presence Yellow dots.
Therapy: Restax FLOGO (1cp. Sera) for the first 3 months Subsequent to 3 months and until completion of therapy: Restax 30cps + 30 Soft Gel (1cp. Sera) + Trivis Aga Men 15 sprays every other day + Restax AF Men shampoo during hair washing every other day.
