History: Hypothyroidism, Hepatosteatosis, Renal microlithiasis, Diabetes mellitus type 2, Arterial hypertension, BPC, Mixed dyslipidemia, Chronic cerebral vasculopathy.
At the time of the visit on 01/18/21 the patient is On therapy with: Metformin slow-release 750 mg twice a day, Esomeprazole 20 mg/day, Folin 5 mg/day, Acetylsalicylic Acid 100 mg/day, Zofenopril 30mg in the morning, Lercanidipine 10mg in the evening.
Reported intolerance to statins (diffuse algias and hypertransaminasemia). Analyzed lipid profile detected at visit on 01/18/21.
Therapy with ICARO 30cpr, 1 cp in the evening, is prescribed on this date.
Follow-up visit on 7/27/21: Analyzed lipid profile detected at visit.
CONCLUSIONS: To date, current therapy continues. Good general clinical condition. Hb glycosisIata: 6.6%.
