The case report deals with a patient with Vitiligo, a disease manifested by the formation of hypo-a-chromic patches of skin. This is caused by the disappearance of epidermal melanocytes and can present in various ways:

• Generalized (the most common, bilaterally affecting multiple parts of the skin)
• Seborrheic (concentrated in seborrheic areas)
• Acro facial (focused on the face)
• Segmental (concentrated on half of the trunk or face)
• Localized (affects one or maximum two regions of the body)

It is not difficult for vitiligo to be associated with other skin or extra-cutaneous conditions, inflammatory conditions, or very heavy anxiety and stress factors. In recent years, many different kinds of therapies have emerged for the treatment of vitiligo, but we want to focus on integrative and biologic therapies such as the one used on the patient in question along with the main treatment: the Plexer treatment was combined with a supplement based on curcumin e piper nigrum and a cream based on resveratrol e piper nigrum. In combination, the two products go to combat the advancement of vitiligo and act on the oxidative stress, which is a major cause of this disease.

Female patient, 39 years old, reports no major pathology.

Medical history: The patient presents with very extensive manifestations of vitiligo on both elbows.

Therapy: Treated with VITIwiken CPR and VITIwiken Cream for 5 months, combined with Plexer treatment.

Follow-up visit: The sharp edge of the patch is lost and there is a faint inward pigmentation of the white patch of vitiligo.

Patient satisfaction: high.
