Boom in participation thanks to its innovative formula

Every week in Italy there are hundreds of congresses with a wide variety of topics, especially in the scientific and medical fields, which constantly fuel public debate and make the national and international research scene alive. Certainly, these congresses and conventions are not all the same, and only a few manage to be enormously successful: this is mainly due to their organization and the formula used, which, it is now clear, can make a huge difference. The Congress ” FOCUS VITILIGO 2022″ was held at theHotel Mediterraneo in Florence, under the scientific direction of Prof. Emiliano Antiga to whom the most sincere thanks go. It was a moment of the highest scientific value attended by more than ninety medical specialists in dermatology who were able to focus on new therapeutic approaches and clinical manifestations of the vitiligo.

Despite the fact that it was a limited number conference, many interested learners were added on the day of the event, and the number of attendees exceeded all expectations with an overbooking of attendance.

"FOCUS VITILIGINE 2022": a DIFFERENT Congress!

The “FOCUS VITILIGINE 2022” Congress held at the Hotel Mediterraneo in Florence on May 14, 2022, saw the convergence of a large number of physicians, including speakers and learners, who were able to attend interesting talks of high medical value. Moreover, thanks to the speakers, various topics, from the general to the more specific ones, could be covered: from the news on the pathogenesis of vitiligo and its various “nuances” to the most diverse experimental and non-experimental therapies, among which it is worth mentioning phototherapy, fractional grafts, topical and systemic therapy, and also the management of pediatric patients with this disease.

The event began at 9 a.m. and was divided into two distinct moments, interspersed with a short coffee break kindly offered by monosponsor Wikenfarma. During the first part of the morning, speakers discussed regarding the pathogenesis and various manifestations of Vitiligo; in the second part, however, speakers presented various treatment modalities of the disease. Finally, some INTERACTIVE CLINICAL CASES through which learners were able to participate in the discussion with the innovative formula of the TELEVOTER. A fruitful exchange between speakers and participants made the scientific discussion lively and interesting, and it certainly presented a moment of growth for all physicians present.

Finally, questionnaires were distributed for the acquisition of 4 CME training credits which closed this event along with a light lunch also offered by Wikenfarma.
