Presentation of a clinical case with photographic comparison referring to the period before and after therapy. The patient presented a pathological situation of vitiligo localized to the face and limited to the peribuccal area with well-defined borders and remarkable contrast of pigmentation between the affected and unaffected areas.

Therapy lasted for 4 months and focused on the use of antioxidants and anti-inflammatories both by os and topically to reduce oxidative stress and induce and promote disease remission and repigmentation of afflicted areas.

The choice of products is turned to VITIwiken and VITIwiken cream because their efficacy, in combination with phototherapy, in reducing the size of vitiligo lesions has been widely documented in the past.
