Patient.IV/RE born in Reggio Calabria on 07/21/1986, on diet therapy for hypercholesterolemia and medication for thyroid disease.
Medical history: Normal weight. Reports family history of hypertension, dysplidemia, thyroid disease.
The patient is in good health and has gone through two pregnancies in the past.
Has drug allergies, including statins, nickel, and parietaria.
Therapy: Observing the lipid profile detected by the blood sample taken by the patient on 06/23/22, she is prescribed treatment with ICARO 30cps, 1cps in the evening.
A low-fat diet is recommended, as she is a patient with hypercholesterolemia.
Subsequent to the blood draw on 06/23/22, two more blood draws were taken on 02/08/22 and 13/10/22 showing the effectiveness of the therapy, as shown in the table:
CONCLUSIONS: Given the examinations that have normalized, the patient with hypercholesterolemia is encouraged to follow a healthy diet and physical activity. Clinical and hematological follow-up at 6 months is recommended .
