The Cycle
The hair follicle does not produce hair continuously, but has a cyclic activity characterized by periods of activity alternating with periods of rest. The activity of the different follicles is not synchronous: usually about 90% are in an active phase, while 10% are in a resting phase. This explains why in physiological conditions hair falls out a little bit every day and not all at once. The hair cycle consists of three phases:

The Growth

Healthy eating. Avoid rapid and frequent weight changes.
Protect yourself from the sun. Avoid tanning lamps.
Don't smoke!
Do not take unnecessary drugs. Too many supplements can be harmful.
Wash hair with appropriate shampoo. Dandruff and itchy scalp promote shedding.
Use, after washing, conditioners to protect the hair during combing and drying.
