It is a congress DIFFERENT. A very interesting, single-sponsor congress, organized by Wikenfarma. I also marvel that Dr. Massimiliano De Carlo put his heart and soul into putting this whole event together. It was definitely a big effort, a big effort, but all in all they were of great benefit.

So: we are very happy to be back to participate in this appointment that had unfortunately had a break because of Covid-19. It remains an annual appointment always very interesting: it is an opportunity for updating and of growth even for those who do trichology every day. Certainly this initiative, which has now become an annual fixture, is interesting, fun and well organized. It is a congress that was really interactive and innovative, because we had the opportunity to discuss different clinical cases. The televoter option was also definitely a good choice, because it allowed us to come slowly to the diagnosis and not have it ready right from the beginning of the clinical case. It all served to make us think, to make us reflect and then, once the diagnosis was made, to discuss the various therapeutic aspects and the clinical case that was being considered. So, I hope that this experience can be repeated! I thank Wikenfarma because they were really forward thinking in having this idea and I hope for future congresses of the same kind.

I really appreciated the kind of congress that you are proposing because we physicians were immediately introduced to the heart of the clinical cases, which is not normally the case, so especially for experts in the field, it is essential to make the most of the time so that we can get right into the treatments. Another important aspect is the comparison of cases and opinions that various physicians can express. The other aspect, this regarding the company, that I am really appreciating is the fact that they have specialized: I deal with nutrition, pregnant women, and menopause, and I really like the fact that they have specialized with supplements that are even more specific with respect to the pathology, age, and situations that I may encounter with my clientele. I have found some supplements that are very specific compared to others.

This is a congress that updates us so much. Besides being happy to be here, I can say that these conferences are always an opportunity to exchange views while recognizing any scalp pathologies. Sometimes they are difficult to pin down. We also discuss the therapeutic approach, which is often, if not different, different in the strategy used to deal with it. The congress emphasizes the usefulness of knowing how to properly address not only the diagnostic challenge, but also and especially the therapeutic challenge, because that is what the patient is most interested in.
