class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The objective of the study was to determine the efficacy and tolerability of an oral treatment<a href=\"https:\/\/wikenfarma.com\/en\/prodotto\/restax-effluvium-30cpr\/\">(Restax Effluvium\u00ae cps<\/a>) and a topical lotion<a href=\"https:\/\/wikenfarma.com\/en\/prodotto\/restax-womens-lotion-100ml\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(Restax Women&#8217;s Lotion\u00ae<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/wikenfarma.com\/en\/prodotto\/restax-mens-lotion-100ml\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Restax Men&#8217;s Lotion\u00ae<\/a>), containing active nutraceutical and phytotherapeutic ingredients. The study was carried out on male and female <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tricomeditgroup.it\/perdita-di-capelli-per-stress\/#:~:text=Una%20delle%20forme%20pi%C3%B9%20comuni,o%20dello%20spazzolamento%20dei%20capelli.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Telogen Effluvium patients with Stress Related<\/a> and lasted for 4 months, during which hair status was evaluated in a ratio of before and after treatment. <\/p><p>The evaluation was collected before and after the treatment through the judgment of the practitioner and the patient.<\/p><p>Eighty-six male and female volunteer patients with telogen effluvium with an age range of 18 to 70 years were included in the study. Of these patients, 30 patients underwent global photography and 10 patients underwent both global photography and video-dermatoscopy before and after treatment. <\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Clinical evaluation by the researcher<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><strong>1)Pull test<\/strong><\/p><p>Pull test with a rating scale of 0 to 5 was assessed for all patients. Zero was assigned as negative, 1 as slightly positive, 2 as positive, 3 as very positive, 4 as extremely positive and 5 as strongly positive.<\/p><p><strong>2)Global photography<\/strong><\/p><p>Global photography was required on 40 patients. It consists of photographic equipment that allows standardized documentation of the hair by means of overlapping and comparable photographs. Each photograph is always taken at the same distance, with the patient in the same position, allowing objective assessment of alopecia progression or improvement.  <\/p><p><strong>3)Trichoscopy<\/strong><\/p><p>Trichoscopy has been requested for 10 patients. It is performed using the Fotofinder\u00ae instrument, and the 7-point result will be evaluated at the follow-up visit: <\/p><p>-3 = important aggravation of hair quantity<\/p><p>-2 = moderate aggravation of hair quantity<\/p><p>-1 = slight aggravation of hair quantity<\/p><p>  0 = stability in the amount of hair<\/p><p>  1 = slight improvement with increase in hair quantity<\/p><p>  2 = moderate increase in the amount of hair<\/p><p>  3 = important increase in the amount of hair<\/p><p><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>-3 = important aggravation of hair diameter<\/p><p>-2 = moderate aggravation of hair diameter<\/p><p>-1 = slight aggravation of hair diameter<\/p><p>  0 = stability of hair diameter<\/p><p>  1 = slight improvement with increase in hair diameter<\/p><p>  2 = moderate increase in hair diameter<\/p><p>  3 = important increase in hair diameter<\/p><p><strong>4)Final comprehensive evaluation  <\/strong><\/p><p>For all patients, the researcher&#8217;s evaluation of the final results was collected following this 7-point rating scale<\/p><p>-3 = major aggravation of hair loss<\/p><p>-2 = moderate aggravation of hair loss<\/p><p>-1 = slight aggravation of hair loss<\/p><p>  0 = stability in hair loss<\/p><p>  1 = slight improvement with reduction in hair loss<\/p><p>  2 = moderate improvement with cessation of hair loss<\/p><p>  3 = major improvement with hair regrowth<\/p><p><strong> <\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Assessment by the patient<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><strong>1)Tricodynia and itching<\/strong><\/p><p>All patients were asked to rate trichodynia and pruritus on a scale of 0 to 5. Zero was assigned as negative, 1 as slightly positive, 2 as positive, 3 as very positive, 4 as extremely positive and 5 as strongly positive.<\/p><p><strong>2)Satisfaction of overall results  <\/strong><\/p><p>The patient&#8217;s assessment of overall achievements was collected following this 5-point rating scale<\/p><p>  0 = not at all satisfied<\/p><p>  1 = poorly satisfied<\/p><p>  2 = moderately satisfied<\/p><p>  3 = definitely satisfied<\/p><p>  4 = very satisfied<\/p><p><strong>3)Product liking<\/strong><\/p><p>At the end of the treatment, the subject was asked to give a personal evaluation, by means of a questionnaire, on the digestibility and ease of intake\/application of the product and overall liking with a rating scale of 0 to 5. Zero was assigned as negative, 1 as slightly positive, 2 as positive, 3 as very positive, 4 as extremely positive and 5 as strongly positive.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a48705b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a48705b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Results<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-adab346 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"adab346\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A total of 86 patients, 76 females and 10 males, with telogen effluvium were enrolled, and 85 completed the 4 months of therapy.<\/p><p>The mean age of the patients was 41.5 years.<\/p><p>No major side effects were reported by patients.
