underestimated because they arose recently, perhaps by accident. When faced with more significant alterations, he recommends a focused series of diagnostic investigations, also drawing on the expertise of specialists in related branches.    <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this clinical case report, we review the situation of a patient who approached the dermatologist for a case of male androgenetic alopecia, but who presented with asymptomatic squamo-cystous lesion. Following excision and histological examination, treatment for androgenetic alopecia was initiated.   <\/span><\/p><p><b>Patient:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Male, 46 years old.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Diagnosis:<\/b> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Male androgenetic alopecia<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> + Acantholytic verrucous dicheratoma <\/span> <\/p><p><b>Treatment:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Intervention with histological examination.
