On Saturday, April 1, 2023, a new edition of the “Top of The Filler” Theoretical-Practical Course in Aesthetic Medicine, organized by Dr. Francesco Malatesta, Scientific Director of the event, was held in Montevarchi, Arezzo. The congress was attended by many sponsors, primarily Wikenfarma, who helped make the event unique. The theoretical-practical course was held at theGaetano Palloni Institute for Health, which graciously hosted all participants for both the presentation of papers and the practical sessions. It was a peculiar event in that it combined lectures on various filler techniques with live practical demonstrations.
"TOP OF THE FILLER 2023": how was the Congress held?
The theoretical-practical course organized by Dr. Francesco Malatesta was divided into two different moments interspersed with Coffee Break kindly offered by Wikenfarma, the main sponsor of the entire course. The first part featured reports on full face filler (by Dr. Alessia Pini), rhinofiller (by Dr. Francesco Malatesta himself), lip filler techniques compared (by Dr. Stefanie Strauss) and buttocks filler with hyaluronic acid using the “Brazilian Buttock” technique (by Dr. Roberto Amore).
The event began at 9 a.m. with registration of participants, with a break at 10:30 a.m. for Coffee Break.
A big thank you goes to all the speakers and physicians who participated in the congress: each of them contributed to stimulate the professional exchange and enrich the whole room with valuable aesthetic medicine techniques and interesting notions. "TOP OF THE FILLER 2023": what topics were covered?
The presentation of various filler techniques by the speakers was a time of fruitful professional exchange among the physicians in the room, and certainly the practical sessions were the moment of greatest scientific value precisely because the learners felt directly involved. The techniques shown were: rhinofiller, lip filler, full face filler and buttock filler. At the end of the practical demonstrations, the closing of the proceedings and the presentation of certificates of participation to the learners and speakers took place.

As every year, the theoretical-practical course organized by Dr. Francesco Malatesta showed the best and safest filler techniques to all the learners not only from a theoretical point of view, but especially from a practical one.
