Victoria FFP2 masks are periodically subjected to careful inspections that attest to their quality, strength and tightness, as well as comfort in wearing them for extended periods of time. During production, Victoria FFP2 masks must pass multiple tests and technical tests required by the certifying body, and necessary for marking, such as:

• Total inward leakage
• Penetration of filter material
• Carbon dioxide content in the inhalation air (<1%)
• Respiratory resistance

Each individual performance record is used to be able to ensure that the mask, in addition to top range production, qualifies as an FFP2 NR class dust filter half mask. The masks thus possess a valid Certification of Conformity which follows the essential health and safety requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/425.
